RELIANCE is a full-service payroll provider that provides two types of payroll services:
- Executive Payroll – Structured towards boards and senior level employees
- Classic Payroll – Structured towards middle and junior level employees
We operate a contemporary payroll system specially made to observe the tax and pension laws of the Republic of Ghana. In running payroll, all items and treatments that come with payment of salaries including taxes (PAYE), Act 766 three Tier pension contributions, contractual or voluntary deductions, pay slips etc. are appropriately handled. Where wage workers are involved, we are committed to designing time sheets, in collaboration with your unit supervisors, which shall be in line with your attendance and job requirements.
